Kaveri Ambardekar
Kaveri Ambardekar writes the sign-in and payout guides on this site. She spent several years answering account questions for an online shop's support desk in Pune — locked accounts, codes that never arrived, refunds stuck between a bank and a wallet — and the pattern she brings here comes from that job: most "the site is broken" messages are one of four or five ordinary causes, and the reader can rule out each in a minute if someone tells them where to look.

What she covers
Getting into an account and getting money out of it: which address is the real lobby, password and one-time-code sign-in, Google and Facebook routes, document checks, bonus counters that hold a payout, and the copies and "agents" that use a brand's name to take logins. She writes for someone on a phone, often in a hurry, who wants the answer in the first lines and the detail below.
How she works
She opens the lobby the way a reader would — address typed on a phone in India, logged out — and records only what can be repeated from that starting point. When a name forwards to another address, she records where the address bar ended and on what date. When a step can only be seen from inside an account, she says so rather than describing a screen she has not seen. She does not use screenshots of other people's accounts and does not publish anyone's support chats.
What she will not write
Instructions that need your password or SMS code, "tricks" for bonuses or predictions, and anything that pretends to speak for the brand. If a page of hers sounds like an advert for Winmatch, she would like to hear about it.
