A Winmatch account is opened with the red JOIN button at the top of the lobby, and it is built around your mobile number: the number receives the SMS code that confirms it, and the same number later receives every sign-in code. You will tick a box confirming you are over 18 and accept the terms, and before the first withdrawal you will be asked for documents. There is one registration, whichever name brought you there — 365 and 555 open the same lobby as 360, so an account opened under one name works under the others.

The window also offers Google and Facebook. They are quicker, but choose once: an account opened through Google signs in through Google, and mixing routes later is the most common reason people think they have "lost" an account.

What happens after you join?

You land in the lobby with an empty balance. The cashier is reached from the deposit button inside; the first deposit is where any welcome offer is attached, and Winmatch keeps such money as bonus chips, separate from your real chips, with a wagering counter shown next to them. What should you never do while registering?

Do not register through a link that asks you to message an "agent" first; the lobby has its own JOIN button.
Do not send your SMS code to anyone. It is the key to the account, not a form field for a helper to fill.
Do not pay a fee to "activate" an account. Opening one costs nothing.
